Specifics: I want to work out at least 3 times a week, do some cardio and some muscular to get a toned body. I want to follow a diet that not only takes in consideration the quantity of food that I eat, but also the quality.
If you want to see if your goal is logical and healthy, check your body mass index. Mine is currently at 23.7 which is in the health rage, but I have already been 135, less than a year ago, I was more in shape, I could do sports with more ease and I want to find that shape back! With this weight I will still be in the healthy zone!
